Hand Stand Push Ups make me happy!

It's Thursday y'all. And I've been contemplating today's WOD all day long. I knew I wanted to do something a little different, something I haven't done in awhile. Since I don't have rings or a pull up bar, I figured, why not give some Hand Stand Push Ups a whirl?? It's been awhile, so we'll see how this goes. We'll warm up with a mile run then back for....

HSPU Make Me Happy - 3 RFT:
15 -1 pood KB Swings
10 - Squat Cleans (I'm thinking 95 or 115)
5 - HSPU

Post time:

End with 100 sit ups, because it's only 3 rounds! :-) Happy WODing!
